When Maria called me to inform me of some recent night nurse details, she first asked how breast feeding was going and I mentioned how painful it was for me. Immediately, she suggested their lactation consultant Mary, and within 30 minutes she had Mary scheduled to come over to my home in less than 24 hours. I was very emotionally raw at that point, and in a lot of pain from the labour, so it was such a comfort to a) not have to contact someone myself but rather have Maria take the reigns and look after everything. All I had to do was be home the next day for Mary’s visit.
I would highly recommend Mary, and the New Mommy Company. The quality of customer service we received was outstanding. With minimal family and this being our first child, my husband and I had such a sense of relief and comfort with the help of Mary and a Night Nanny. It’s been a privileged working with both of them.
