What is your earliest childhood memory?

One of my earliest childhood memories was bringing in my brand new little brother for ͚Show and Tell͛ during my first week of Kindergarten! He was just a day or two old.

It’s 3pm on a Saturday afternoon, what are you likely to be doing?

Hopefully I͛m outside and have wrangled some friends and/or family members to come along with me.

Favourite thing about working for NMCO?

The people! I͛m fortunate to work alongside a lovely bunch of expats, who say funny things like “Carpark” and ͞”Lovely jubbly”.

You win the lottery; what will you buy first?

A family vacation, somewhere warm and sunny. A beach wouldn͛t hurt either!

Three things you couldn’t live without?

Sunshine, fruit/veg, and laughter… maybe Nutella too.

My son wearing Elvis sideburns at my birthday party.

Which celebrity would you most like to meet?

Bill Murray. He seems pretty down to earth, and maybe I could convince him to re-enact a few scenes from Groundhog Day for me.

Do you read much? What is your favourite book?

I probably don͛t make enough time for reading these days, but recently I read a book called A Man Called Ove. I would recommend it!

What is your favourite song?

I mostly hum along to the radio these days, but seeing anything live in concert is always a treat

What makes you beam with pride?

My son!

Do you have any hobbies?

I like to hike, swim, garden, etc.

What did you think you would do for a living when you were at school?

When I was in grade one, I had a really nice crossing guard at the end of my street, so I thought for a while that I might become a crossing guard.

What is your favourite Canadian season and why?

Late Spring/early Summer – when everything is in bloom, but it hasn͛t become sweltering hot yet.

What do you order at Tim Hortons or Starbucks?

Tea! Maybe a Boston cream?

What is your favourite holiday destination?

Anywhere near the ocean!
