What is your earliest childhood memory?

This has to be when I was about 3 years old I think and we lived in Bollington, Cheshire, I was sat on my mums knee reading with her I think, and I subsequently fell off and split my forehead open on the stone fireplace!  I’d like to say this was my first trip to hospital but this was when I was hit in the head with an African axe by my brother when we lived in South Africa when I was 1.5 years old!

What is your favorite thing about working for NMCO?

Having so much contact with babies and just knowing that we are able to help out new parents at this most overwhelming yet beautiful moment in their lives.

Its 3pm on Saturday afternoon – What are you likely to be doing?

In all honesty, I’m probably at a shopping mall with both of my daughters!  When we are not shopping we are walking our 4 month old golden retriever puppy, Harley!

You’ve won the lottery! What is the first thing you buy?

Plane tickets for my whole family to visit!

What 3 things could you not live without?

Wine, Cheese and Coronation Street!  (This should probably read, my husband, eldest daughter and youngest daughter, hey ho!)

What is the last picture you took with your phone?

Birthday pictures of my youngest, she just turned 8!

Which celebrity would you most like to meet?

Justin Timberlake or Jason Bateman!!

Do you read much? If so what’s your favourite book?

I love to read when I get the time and really like Nora Roberts books, these are romantic, mystery / thrillers!

What’s your favourite song?

Angels, by Robbie Williams

What made you beam with pride?

The day I married my hubby!

Do you have a hobby?

My family and I learnt to ski this last year so we really look forward to the winter season now and it makes leaving the summer period all that much better!

What did you want to do for a living while still at school?

I always thought being a Barrister would be a great job ensuring all those naughty people in the world got what they deserved.  I was a special police office for a short period when I was 18, but realized I didn’t really like confrontation!

Favourite Canadian season and why?

This is a tough one so I’m going to have to say all of them, the fact that we get real seasons in Canada is fantastic as extreme as they can be

What do you order at Tims or Starbucks?

Small, French Vanilla Coffee if its winter and Small Iced Cap for any other time!

What’s your favourite holiday destination & why?

Cyprus, I have a lot of greek influence from my in-laws and so just love Greece, but Cyprus is such a beautiful island and we have spent many summers exploring it with our family when they were younger!  Cyprus holds a lot of fond memories!
