What did you think you would do for a living when you were at school?

I wanted to be a vet, but I didn’t pass chemistry! Now I’m glad because I wouldn’t be where I am now!

Do you have a hobby?

Not much time for a hobby really! I do LOVE a good murder mystery though. I used to be in a murder mystery acting company when I was in the UK! Now I just watch them or if I’m really lucky go to those events where you get to go through clues and solve the crime.

Favourite song?

Chance to seem cool here – but I am totally going to fail. I am a die hard Duran Duran fan. If I had to choose – Ordinary World or The Reflex.

Favourite book?

The Sugar Queen by Sarah Addison Allen – love ALL her whimsical magical books!

Which celebrity would you most like to meet and why?

Miranda Hart (who plays Chummy in ‘Call The Midwife’ and is a fantastic comedienne in the UK) I think she would be a lot of fun to hang out with!

What was the last picture taken on your phone?

My husband Fred and I on our balcony having a drink to celebrate my new job at NMCO!

3 things you couldn’t live without?

If we are talking about things and not people then I would say – Espresso, my MacBook Air, and a tube of Benefit Pore Professional (or what I call my ‘Polyfilla’ for my face)!

What would you do if you were to have a big lottery win?

Oh, so SO many things – but first I would throw a huge party with all my family and friends and I would secretly tape big fat cheques to the underside of everyone’s chair to surprise them all!

What is your favourite thing about working for NMCO?

It’s so hard to choose just one thing! ALL the lovely families I’ve met, the fabulous team in the office, how much fun we have at the baby shows, and of course – all the lovely baby cuddles I get to have! It’s just THE best!

What is your earliest childhood memory?

My mum falling into the lake at Battersea park in London! We had hired a rowing boat, and my Dad, brother and I were in it waiting for mum to get in and she stepped in the boat, pushing it away from the quay, with her other foot still on dry land. She did a very funny wobble, fell in and came up absolutely covered in green algae. We laughed so hard until she insisted on us all going straight home! Then it wasn’t funny at all.
